Topciment Acricem microcement resins

Acricem is a water-based acrylic resin used as liquid component B in the relevant two-component cementitious and lime-based systems. It is used with Sttandard, Unlimitted and Natture at the ratio specified for the particular grade. The resin forms part of the mix rather than an additional varnish over the finished surface.
The base and finishing materials may require different amounts of Acricem. When ordering, assess the complete system rather than simply counting bags or buckets of powder.

Acricem Pool is the specialist liquid component for Atlanttic Aquaciment. It is used when mixing XXL and XL and in the preparation specified for the pool system. Standard Acricem serves a different application and is not automatically interchangeable with Acricem Pool.
The word “resin” is insufficient for selection: the exact range, component and specified ratio matter. Acricem Pool does not replace a pool structure’s watertightness and is not the final WT Pool protective product.

It should not be added as a general rule. Evoluttion is a single-component powder mixed with water. Efectto Quartz is a ready-to-use paste. Industtrial is an epoxy system with its own component B, while Efectto PU is a two-component polyurethane system with its corresponding hardener.
Adding Acricem to a product that does not require it changes the formulation and is not a universal way to improve performance. Check the complete range name and both components, particularly when products appear together in a general microcement collection.

In a system requiring Acricem or Acricem Pool as component B, water is not an equivalent substitute. Arbitrary dilution or additional liquid changes working consistency, drying and the properties of the cured coating.
Follow the dosage for the specific product and coat. If the mix does not handle normally, check units, temperature, material condition and mixing procedure. Do not attempt to reverse setting by adding more liquid.

First calculate each powder product separately: base and finish coats depend on area, coat count and consumption rate. Apply that product’s own resin mixing ratio. If the system also uses resin during priming, add that quantity separately.
Do not apply one common ratio to Microbase, Microdeck and every Natture grade. The practical order accounts for available pack sizes and application losses, without assuming one resin pack is a universal kit for one bucket of microcement.

In the relevant pigmented two-component systems, disperse the colourant evenly in the required Acricem before gradually adding the powder. Use the formula for the exact colour, range and pack size. Consistent mechanical mixing prevents areas with different pigment concentrations.
Repeat the same proportions across working batches. This does not mean every system is coloured in this way: Atlanttic Aquaciment is installed in natural white without arbitrary additions of Arcocem.

Acricem has priming applications in certain system build-ups, but this does not make it a universal replacement for Primacem or Primapox. An absorbent screed, non-absorbent tile and moisture-affected substrate require different preparation. Its priming role must be considered separately from its role as component B.
Acricem does not replace the final protective varnish. The completed decorative coating requires the compatible sealing and protection system, or WT Pool in the case of Atlanttic.

Specify the complete microcement name, grade, area and planned base and finish coats. Clarify whether the resin is required only for mixing or also for substrate preparation. For a swimming pool, explicitly identify Atlanttic Aquaciment.
Acricem and Acricem Pool are separate products offered in different pack sizes. A powder component’s price does not automatically include the required resin. In the material schedule, distinguish litres of liquid component from kilograms of dry material.
