Industtrial is Topciment’s epoxy microcement range. This collection lists different component A grades and separate component B packs. Selection depends on coat function, texture and the specific exposure; an epoxy designation does not establish the same properties as every other epoxy flooring system.

Different grades and textures
Industtrial XL, BASE, MEDIO and LISO are different versions within the range. Determine each layer’s role from its technical sheet and the intended finished appearance. For refurbishment, assess the old covering and mechanical preparation before selecting the epoxy microcement.
A and B must be matched
Components A and B are supplied separately. Their packs are not arbitrary interchangeable kits. Check the exact SKU, mass, mixing ratio and working conditions. Do not add water or resin from another microcement range by analogy.
Pricing the specific application
Specify area, intended use, traffic, possible wet processes and the desired finish. Quantities follow Industtrial technical documentation. A finished coating price includes the prescribed components, preparation, coats and labour; the standard microcement calculator does not size this system.

Questions about Industtrial epoxy microcement
What is Industtrial, and how does it differ from conventional microcement?
Industtrial is a two-component water-based epoxy microcement for decorative interior floors and walls. Component A contains the epoxy paste and mineral filler, while component B is its matching hardener. The system combines a mineral appearance with wear resistance and low water absorption.
Unlike cementitious Sttandard and Unlimitted, it is not mixed with Acricem. It also differs from a self-levelling epoxy coating: Industtrial is trowel-applied in coats over an already prepared substrate.
What are Industtrial XL, Base, Medio and Liso used for?
The usual floor build-up uses Industtrial XL base coats and Medio finish coats. Walls use Base as the preparation material and Liso for a finer finish. Their aggregate size, texture, consumption and finishing method differ.
All four grades have floor and wall applications, but that does not make them freely interchangeable in every coat. Selection follows the particular system specification. Liso’s finer surface alone is not a reason to replace a specified Medio floor finish.
Is Industtrial suitable for a garage, warehouse or shop?
Yes. These interior applications are among the range’s intended uses, provided the substrate and complete system are selected for the loading. A shop requires assessment of pedestrian traffic and cleaning; a garage or warehouse also requires consideration of vehicles, wheel loads, impact, oils and other substances.
There is no universal specification for every car park or industrial floor. An exposed ramp, heavy forklift or continuous chemical exposure requires separate assessment. Describe the actual conditions so the substrate, coat build-up and final protective varnish can be specified.
Can Industtrial be installed over underfloor heating?
Do not select Industtrial as a standard solution over underfloor heating. The applicable technical data sheets explicitly restrict this use. A general positive statement about microcement or epoxy materials does not override the restriction for this particular range.
If the floor is heated, specify the heating type and screed when making the enquiry. An alternative system with a permitted heated-substrate application can then be selected. Do not proceed with Industtrial without a specific technical solution that explicitly addresses this situation.
Can Industtrial be applied over tiles or a damp substrate?
Tiles and other mineral substrates may be suitable after assessment of soundness, adhesion and preparation. Level tile joints, remove contamination and unsuitable existing coatings, and select a compatible primer. Preserve movement joints.
Measure moisture and establish its cause. Primapox 100 Barrier has a specific moisture-barrier function, but its use does not authorise installation over every wet or leaking substrate. Correct preparation and an agreed system build-up are required.
Is Industtrial water-resistant, and can it be used in a swimming pool?
Industtrial has low water absorption and greater water resistance than conventional microcement systems, but this does not make it a universal waterproofing coating. Wet interior areas require assessment of details, substrate and compatible final protection.
Do not extend these properties to permanent pool immersion. Swimming pools are assessed using Atlanttic Aquaciment with its own limitations and components. Chemical resistance must also be checked for the particular substance and contact duration rather than described as resistance to everything.
Is Industtrial sold as a complete kit, and how are its components mixed?
Product titles identify whether a pack is component A or component B. Both matching components are needed to prepare the mixture. The catalogue includes, for example, 18 kg and 4.5 kg A packs with corresponding 2.09 kg and 0.52 kg B packs; this does not mean each individual product price includes the complete kit.
Measure and mix according to the specified formulation, without substituting Acricem or another material’s hardener. Once mixed, working time is limited and affected by temperature.
Does Industtrial need a sealer, and when is the floor ready for use?
Complete the system with a compatible Topsealer selected for traffic, cleaning and the intended finish. The epoxy microcement’s hardness is not a reason to omit specified protection. The varnish also affects colour and sheen.
Readiness for another coat, light foot traffic, full loading and washing are different stages. The programme depends on the complete build-up and site conditions. For a quotation and programme, provide the area, substrate, loading and required return-to-service date.
