Concrete and mortar admixtures are selected for a specific function in the mix: workability, setting time, working under particular conditions or watertightness. Selection and dosage depend on the mix design and the exact product’s technical documentation.
The admixture’s function
Plasticisers, accelerators and watertightness admixtures are not interchangeable. Check compatibility with the cement, other admixtures and desired properties. Site conditions cannot be compensated for solely by changing dosage.

Centrament Proof CP 10 has applications for watertight concrete in underground structures and structures exposed to water. The admixture does not remove the need for joint design, sealing, correct placement and concrete curing.
Dosage and mix verification

No. It is a concrete admixture with stated applications for watertight structures. It is not applied as an arbitrary surface coating.
Does the admixture remove the need for watertight joints?
No. Joints, penetrations, placement and curing remain part of the complete solution.
Does more admixture mean a better result?
No. Use the specified dosage for the particular mix design. Arbitrarily increasing it can change mix behaviour.
Can several admixtures be used together?
After checking compatibility, addition sequence and mix behaviour. A shared brand alone does not establish compatibility.
Does a winter concreting admixture remove protection requirements?
No. Follow temperature, placement and fresh-concrete protection requirements according to the product and design solution.
How are quantity and cost calculated?
From area, preparation, consumption of the specific layers and details. Compare the same scope of materials and installation.
Can products from different brands be combined?
Only with established compatibility for the particular system solution. Sharing a category does not establish that arbitrary materials work together.
