SikaTop® Seal-107 is a 2-component cement-polymer waterproofing mortar for concrete, cementitious renders and masonry. It is used as a rigid waterproofing and damp-proofing coating where the substrate is sound, properly prepared and there is no movement in the cracks.
When should you choose SikaTop Seal-107?
Choose SikaTop® Seal-107 when you need a cementitious waterproofing solution for interior or exterior moisture protection on concrete, renders and masonry. The product is suitable for basement walls, foundations and filling pores and blowholes, but the TDS specifies that waterproofing of foundations and basements is for cases not subject to hydrostatic pressure.

Where it is suitable
SikaTop® Seal-107 can be used for interior and exterior waterproofing on concrete, cementitious renders and masonry, for basement walls, filling pores and blowholes, fine cracks without movement and as a levelling layer on concrete. For details under tiles, corners and penetrations, it is important to use a suitable system tape such as Sika® SealTape S or Sika® SealTape F, depending on the exposure.
Preparation and limitations
- The substrate must be sound and clean, free from cement laitance, oils, grease stains and friable particles.
- The substrate strength must be above 1.0 N/mm².
- Pre-wet the substrate with water to saturation.
- Do not exceed the maximum layer thickness.
- Freshly applied material must be protected from frost, rain and direct adverse exposure.
Before ordering
Please send the area, substrate type, photos, and information on any active leaks, cracks, water pressure or details around corners and pipes. This determines the number of coats, the required tapes and whether SikaTop® Seal-107 is the correct system for the specific project.
