SikaTop® Seal-107 Elastik is a 2-component elastic cement-polymer waterproofing mortar for concrete, cement renders and masonry. It is suitable for bathrooms, shower cabins, balconies, terraces, swimming pools, foundation walls, basements and other areas where a durable mineral waterproofing layer is required before installing tiles or rigid protection.
When to choose SikaTop Seal-107 Elastik?
Choose SikaTop® Seal-107 Elastik when you need an elastic cementitious waterproofing system that can be used both indoors and outdoors. Unlike ready-to-use liquid membranes intended only for interior wet rooms, this product is also suitable for concrete surfaces, foundation walls, balconies, terraces and swimming pools before bonding ceramic tiles.

Preparation and application
The substrate must be sound, clean and free from dust, loose particles, oils, grease, cement laitance and other contaminants. The tensile adhesion strength of the concrete must be greater than 1 N/mm². The surface is pre-wetted to saturation before application, and the product is mechanically mixed with an electric mixer to obtain a homogeneous, lump-free mix.
Important limitations
- Do not add water under any circumstances.
- Do not exceed the maximum layer thickness.
- For waterproofing, always apply a minimum of 2 layers.
- Freshly applied material must be protected from frost and rain.
- Not a final decorative coating.
- Not resistant to pedestrian traffic and must be covered with a watertight screed or tiles where it will be walked on.
