Wet-process flooring must suit the liquids, wetting frequency, temperature and cleaning method. Drainage, joints, grip and chemical exposure all matter. A water-resistant protective varnish is not automatically a complete waterproofing system.
Selecting suitable materials
MC-DUR TopSpeed has documented industrial wet-area applications as part of specified systems. Topsealer 100 is a final protective coat with spill-area applications over suitable flooring. Establish the chemicals, contact duration and permitted downtime before selection.

Questions: flooring for wet-process areas
What should I establish before selection?
Wet-process flooring must suit the liquids, wetting frequency, temperature and cleaning method. Drainage, joints, grip and chemical exposure all matter. A water-resistant protective varnish is not automatically a complete waterproofing system.
What are the key differences between products?
MC-DUR TopSpeed has documented industrial wet-area applications as part of specified systems. Topsealer 100 is a final protective coat with spill-area applications over suitable flooring. Establish the chemicals, contact duration and permitted downtime before selection.
Is one product enough?
It depends on the task. Primers, body materials, reinforcement and protective finishes have different roles. Follow the selected system description; a package may contain only one component.
How is the substrate assessed?
Check material, soundness, moisture, existing layers, cracks and contamination. Establish the required preparation before calculating materials.
Can different brands be combined?
Only with established compatibility for the specific layer sequence. Generic names such as primer or sealer do not make products interchangeable.
What determines the quantity?
Area, substrate condition, consumption of each coat and coat count. Check whether a separate resin, hardener, primer or protective finish is required.
When can the treated surface be used?
Follow the exact product instructions and actual conditions. Touch-dry, ready for recoating and ready for full loading can occur at different times.
How can I get a specific recommendation?
Send photographs, dimensions, substrate details, the area of use and expected loads. Include existing problems and the desired schedule.
