SikaTop® Armatec®-110 EpoCem® is a 3-component cement-epoxy composition with a corrosion inhibitor, used as a bonding primer and reinforcement protection in concrete repair. It is used as part of the Sika repair and restoration system according to EN 1504 where high adhesion, corrosion protection and a longer open time are required.
When to choose SikaTop Armatec 110 EpoCem?
Choose SikaTop® Armatec®-110 EpoCem® when concrete repair involves exposed reinforcement, corrosion risk or higher system requirements than a standard cementitious bonding primer. The product works as reinforcement protection and as a bonding primer on concrete and mortars before Sika MonoTop® repair mortars.

Preparation and application
The concrete must be clean and free from dust, loose particles and contamination. Reinforcement must be cleaned to grade Sa 2 according to BDS ISO 8501-1 by abrasive or water blasting. Components A and B are mixed, then component C is added; do not add water. As a bonding primer, the product is worked firmly into the substrate and the repair mortar is applied wet-on-wet.
