Sikadur-42 HE for precision epoxy grouting
Sikadur-42 HE is a 3-component, high-strength epoxy system for grouting and under-grouting. It is used in professional applications where high strength, resistance to vibration, impact loads, chemical exposure and corrosion are important.
The system is suitable for precision grouting under base plates, machine bases and foundations for lightly and heavily loaded machinery, bridge bearings, mechanical connections, anchors, post-installed bars, fasteners and rail systems. According to the Sikadur-42 HE product data sheet, it is for use at temperatures from +5 °C to +30 °C and must be applied by suitably experienced professionals.

Important before application
Sikadur-42 HE is not a standard cementitious mortar. It is a professional epoxy system and requires control of temperature, humidity, dew point, mixing ratio and working time. To avoid condensation, the substrate temperature must be at least 3 °C above the dew point.
