Sika® Separol® N is a ready-to-use, low-viscosity mineral formwork oil for clean release of concrete or mortar from smooth formwork moulds. The product does not cause staining, helps extend the service life of the formwork and provides a higher-quality concrete surface.
When to choose Sika Separol N?
Choose Sika® Separol® N when you need to reduce adhesion of concrete to the formwork and achieve a cleaner surface after striking. It is suitable for absorbent and non-absorbent formwork, including precast concrete elements and architectural concrete where appearance is important.

Application and limitations
The formwork surface must be clean and free from dust, grease and concrete or mortar residues. Apply one even, continuous and thin coat by brush, roller or spray. Freshly applied Sika® Separol® N must be protected from rain for at least 1 hour. In enclosed areas, provide adequate ventilation and do not use open flames during application.
Before ordering
Please send the formwork type, area, whether architectural concrete is required and whether you are working with wooden, metal or plastic moulds. This allows a more realistic calculation of consumption, as the absorbency and roughness of the formwork affect coverage.
