Nafufill EC 6 is an epoxy-cementitious (ECC) fine filler for levelling and filling pores in concrete and other cement-bound substrates. It is suitable for interior and exterior work, including use as a moisture-barrier filler beneath reactive resin coatings. A thickness of at least 3 mm provides protection against moisture penetrating from the substrate within the specified system.
This item is the Nafufill EC 6 powder component in a 20 kg bag. The separate two-component MC-Additiv EC is required for mixing. It is not included in the bag and must be requested separately. Price and delivery are available on request.

Preparation and application
Use a sound, clean substrate prepared for the system. Pre-wet to a matt-moist condition without saturation or standing water in pores. Prime highly absorbent or open-pored substrates with MC-Additiv EC and apply the filler while the primer is still tacky.
Mix the base and hardener of MC-Additiv EC first. Add Nafufill EC 6 to the prepared liquid while stirring and mix for at least 5 min until homogeneous and lump-free. Do not add water, mix by hand or split the prepacked components.
Use a steel trowel for levelling and a hard rubber float for filling pores. Smooth and finish with a dry sponge board. Adapt post-application protection to temperature and wind; higher temperatures or strong wind require additional curing measures.

Can Nafufill EC 6 be mixed with water alone?
No. Each 20 kg bag requires 4.25–5 kg of premixed MC-Additiv EC. Water must not be added.
Is MC-Additiv EC included in the bag?
No. This item is the 20 kg Nafufill EC 6 powder component only. MC-Additiv EC is a separate required component.
What thickness provides protection against moisture from the substrate?
Protection against moisture penetrating from the substrate requires at least 3 mm within the specified system. Apply 1–3 mm per coat, with a maximum total thickness of 6 mm.
Can it be used as an exposed floor finish?
Nafufill EC 6 is a fine filler for areas without pedestrian or vehicle traffic on the material. It is not a standalone wear-resistant floor finish.
