Elastomastic™ TFN, 20 kg
- Ексклузивни отстъпки за големи количества.
Elastomastic™ TFN by Sherwin-Williams is a two-component epoxy-polyurethane protective coating for steel and concrete. It forms a tough elastic, wear-resistant layer for bridge decks, inspection walkways, pavements, cycle tracks, traffic areas and railway ballast troughs. The A+B kit contains 20 kg in dust grey, approximately RAL 7037.
Protection under mechanical load
- High mechanical and impact resistance.
- Good adhesion to correctly prepared steel and concrete.
- Corrosion protection for steel surfaces.
- Anti-slip finish when installed with the specified mineral aggregate and broadcast material.
- Suitable for levelling and forming falls to reduce standing water.

Role within the system
Elastomastic TFN is the protective coating layer, not a primer or a complete bridge waterproofing kit. Steel bridge systems combine it with Macropoxy® HM Primer Plus and the specified mineral aggregate/broadcast material. Acrolon® EG-5 may be used as a coloured top sealer where the system specifies it. The technical data sheet describes a separate concrete system with Resuprime™ ST. Primers, aggregates and finishing coats are supplied separately.
Preparation and application
The substrate must be sound, dry and clean. Steel requires abrasive blast cleaning to Sa 2½, with the surface profile selected for the system. Concrete requires at least 25 N/mm² compressive strength, an average tensile adhesion strength of at least 1.5 N/mm² and residual moisture no higher than 4% by the CM method.
Mechanically mix the components until homogeneous, then incorporate the specified aggregate. Apply with a trowel, serrated trowel or squeegee. Do not thin the material. Film thickness, consumption, application conditions and recoating intervals depend on the selected system and technical data sheet.
Price and quotation
Price on request for the 20 kg kit. Include the area, substrate, loading, specified system, quantity and required delivery date. Availability and delivery are confirmed in the quotation. Browse bridge waterproofing and system components or Sherwin-Williams products.
For professional use. Selection and installation must follow the project specification, applicable requirements, current technical data sheets and safety data sheets.

Често задавани въпроси
Практични отговори за избор, приложение, съвместимост, подготовка и технически ограничения на продукта.
What is Elastomastic TFN?
A two-component epoxy-polyurethane protective coating for steel and concrete, designed for mechanically loaded surfaces including bridge decks and inspection walkways.
What is included in the 20 kg kit?
Component A and component B with a combined mass of 20 kg. Mineral aggregate, broadcast material, primer and any coloured top sealer are separate system materials.
What colour is it?
Dust grey, approximately RAL 7037. This is an approximate colour reference, not a guarantee of an exact colour match.
Are steel and concrete systems identical?
No. Macropoxy HM Primer Plus is specified for steel bridge surfaces, while a separate concrete system uses Resuprime ST. Preparation and layers depend on the substrate and project specification.
How are the components mixed?
Mix components A:B at 40:60 by weight. This is separate from the mineral aggregate ratio. Do not thin Elastomastic TFN.
What is the consumption per square metre?
There is no single consumption rate for every application. The required quantity depends on thickness, substrate, aggregate and system. Send the area and project detail for a quotation; the 20 kg kit does not include separate broadcast material.
Is full cure the same as readiness for foot traffic?
No. Walkability, recoating and full cure are different stages. Follow the technical data sheet intervals for the actual temperature and film thickness.
How do I request a price and delivery date?
Use the enquiry form and specify Elastomastic TFN, code 595561, the number of 20 kg kits, substrate, area and required date. Price, availability and delivery are confirmed in the quotation.
